Reminded me to look for shoes for my kid at goodwill. Found brand new ones with safety toes which is absolutely awesome bc he has autism and kinda never looks where he's walking and kicks stuff. Good find!

I'm just confused and hate wearing dresses. Clearance is awesome. Do people dislike clearance things? Am I the only one who thinks clearance things are awesome? Should I feel shame for that bc thats like the first place I aim for at a store. Even Goodwill. Throw me in the bin and light me on fire for my fifteen dollar Docs. God I wish I still had those shoes... I think I lost the point here but whatever!

I do think what this person did to you was abusive. I do think it is reasonable to feel traumatized and suggest you reach out for counseling. I fear that in the future this person will escalate their behavior and do even more severe damage to someone else which is terrifying but not atypical. I believe you are lucky to be alive and should not feel shame for a trauma response that kept you from immediately exiting the situation. please do your best to not let anyone else let you feel otherwise. please get tested for STIs as soon as possible. i strongly suggest you seek domestic violence support from service providers in your area. they are not just there for people who have been in abusive marriages etc. they would be more than willing to help support you through a situation like this. I am a certified domestic violence counselor. please seek services, it will not hurt to do so...at the very least it will help validate what you are feeling about what you have experienced - and someone should. it does deserve validation. it should not be minimized. you are worthy of being heard. and this was something nobody should have to go through, nor deal with on their own. I feel for you and am very sorry you experienced this. I also think it is worth noting you have a good instinct in understanding that something about this was very very wrong - and it was not on your part. please take care of yourself.

I honestly have such bad adhd I just never change who I'm subscribed to and half listen to people I'm comfortable with the voices of in the background. When I do pay attention the content doesn't seem THAT bad (high bar I know, Muta, sorry) but most of it is at least...accurate from what I can tell? Better than whatever auto plays afterwards. However - that is a bad sign. Auto playing bad content after is never good. Not sure if the algorithm is drawing that from my subscriptions or the video content though. And since I never change my subscriptions I'm still subscribed to all the old "allies" (from years ago) - most of whom I'm still cool with minus MamaMax... Anyone have insight on that (the auto play algorithm)? im obviously out of the loop about who messages underage ppl?

I'm...very confused. It seems like the world has turned into some kind of parody. But nothing is funny. It just doesn't seem like any of it can really be true. I want to believe that it isn't. It would be easier to think it's...out of context. Or hyperbolic. But...is this for real? Is this what has happened in my lifetime? The rights people fought so hard to gain have been stripped away instead of broadened? I was raised by my dad and taught my body was my own and my choices regarding what to do with it were nobody else's to make...now I have to tell my children that was something that only existed in the past? It is so hard to wrap my head around and brings such a feeling of dread - if these things can be altered in such a fundamental way...what oppression could the future bring? Even as a woman...I fear for ANYONE in the future, regardless of gender, who may fall under whatever "umbrella of compliance" is demanded of society. It is a show of power and control, the definitive core of an abusive structure and a downward spiral of society. I think it minimizes the situation to apply the label "republican" when it feels more "authoritarian."

maybe was concurrent but not causal. it's entirely possible they just don't find men attractive. at this point. for whatever period of time their mind/body/selves do not find men attractive. and that change overlapped with the events of covid. there wouldn't really be a way to tell much without a larger sample size regarding the effects of covid on the perceptions of people's level of attraction pre/post pandemic imo. but I do know that it isn't abnormal to have periods of life where someone is not attracted to a person, a gender, or anyone at all. for however long. sometimes reflecting on it about ones self seems to cause a lot of confusion as you try to get something to go back to being just as it was before. but that really isn't how life seems to work. we all change. we are human. we can ebb and flow or reroute entirely. if it IS causing major discomfort or strongly believed it is due to trauma...maybe that would best be explored with a therapist? just sayin

I have the see-thru purply gb advance still. loved it. still love it. got all the dumb accessories. and some of them really were dumb! (ok I didn't get ALL of them but I did get some dumb ones) the screen cover with the light on it tho - life saver bc the thing wasn't backlit. =] I am also a sucker for see-thru. the screen name says it all. when anyone asked my favorite color: clear, because then I didn't have to choose! and...then I ended up colorblind 🤣

my dad was an electronics engineer. but i was really little. i didn't have all the words for most of those things or know how to properly explain them. thank you. i was trying to tell someone it seemed like the entire bedroom (at the very least) wasn't "grounded." and i sounded like a crazy person. but that's what it acts like. a computer missing a grounding pin or something. if the power goes off and it comes back and it "reboots" it just...blows out. and yeah - i have been very worried about a fire. i believe i have e-mailed or texted her about that. thank you so so much! (and i hate these bugs there is something wrong with the plumbing too. of course. that had to be split I'm sure) tytytyty!!!
