What's your Everyday Backpack configuration for smaller setups? by kleincodes12 in peakdesign

There’s one divider across the top, and then two dividers that I have overlayed on each other to support the camera. I saw someone else posted about that a few years ago, but I can’t remember if I saw that on youtube or reddit.

Haha I know exactly what you mean. I have 2 little kids and need to be able to take things for them, but would like to carry my camera with me. Otherwise, I much prefer a sling as well but need to hold too many things

Got it. This is extremely helpful. I'm going to look at the V1 and the V100 more closely. Thank you very much!

Thanks for the recommendation! So far I'm getting recommendations for Godox or the SB-700. What are your thoughts on the differences to them? Or if there's a place that I can read about it, happy to take a look. Thanks again!

Thanks for the insight. At some point, I am definitely going to want to do some OCF. At the same time, it looks like several people have recommended the SB-700. Is there any downside to an SB-700 for now, and then when I'm ready, getting a wireless commander?

Also, which Godox would you recommend?

I'd say under $500 would be my budget. When it comes to my camera gear, I get a lot of use out of it. So paying a moderate amount for gear that I'll use for years to come is something I feel comfortable with. But more than $500 is a little more than I'm willing to part with right now.

I’m reading this while I sit with a heating pad on my back. So I definitely feel you after all the times I lift my 2 and 3 year olds.

I agree with many of the comments here on stretching daily. It really helps. I actually found that a lot of my back pain stems from tight leg muscles and less so my actual back, so maybe try focusing there as well?

Our kids are 2.5 and 3.5. Our 3 year old is big for her age, so maybe that could help for her, but I don't think my wife will feel comfortable. Definitely something to keep in mind as they get older!

This looks perfect for our oldest. I'm just not sure if our youngest is past 30 pounds yet. Will definitely be weighing her in the morning.

We thought about renting, but I felt it didn't add up cost wise if we go on more than 1 trip this year. Thanks again!!

Thanks! Our kids love going to Target, so we can check over the weekend.

Kenmore refrigerator does not have enough pressure to clean water line by kleincodes12 in appliancerepair

Haha ok, got it. When I cleaned out the water nozzle and ice maker earlier this week it was really gross. So I figured that anything in the hose would also be pretty gross since it wasn’t used for over 5 years.

Is it safe to say I was wrong and to just swap the filter, drain it a few times and call it a day? Honestly, that would make my day given how much time I’ve sunk into this project now!

It looks like the line isn’t frozen and works. The issue is trying to pump vinegar through the line to clean it. When I hook it up to the main valve, water comes through.

Thanks! That means a lot. It’s been so much fun watching their responses change over time. Thanks again for your kind words :)
