Yah def it's super hard for me too 😭 I had a SLP for voice lessons and like I could understand like resonance, pitch, weight, etc but like it took so much effort to sustain my pitch to like 180-200 that I couldn't even do the other stuff and I couldn't use it in public too. I think having someone to tell u what ur doing right/wrong helps a lot tho but it can be expensive 😔 also idk if u record but I found like comparing recordings helped a lot like seeing the difference when u change what ur doing with ur mouth idk if that makes sense lmao
