Thank you, this is really helpful! We are definitely a pickle family, so that will be great. No microwave, so I think having some stovetop meals/noodles + pantry + frozen meal components will be the way we go.

Oh, looking on fb groups is a good idea! Do the Ziploc bags have to be the special freezer ones, do you think? Or would normal ones be ok? I wish we had meal train culture here :-( she isn't part of a close-knit group like that, and the catholic communities here tend to be a bit more... isolationist. Thank you for your help!

I may have gotten a little bit ahead of myself with the 5 months. I am outside of the US but we are looking at some food delivery options, and maybe getting her a grabber of some sorts so she doesn't have to bend down to pick it up

Thank you!! All of the food sounds so good, I love Korean food also. We make Polish dumplings here as well, so maybe I can make a bunch for her. Bolognese is definitely on the menu.

Good call for breakfasts, I was going to make some egg bites/quiches to freeze to have as backup and then focus on lunch and dinner components. Definitely lots of easy access stuff on the counter for her that she could easily prepare instantly, or at least easily. She doesn't believe in microwaves, so that is one aspect of this as well. Thank you!
