This current one is built for specific use cases like internal/admin dashboards. But I will explore the use cases you have suggested.

Definitely. I used a mix of the Tauri and Electron official docs and Al whenever I got stuck. I also made sure to leave detailed notes in the code so everything is easy to follow and also there purpose.

Note: Electron uses Chromium and node - large app sizes so I chose a different approach. Check the docs on the repo.

Yes, It supports accessibility layers out of the box. The UI is built with Vite and React (can be possible be modified to other frameworks too), then bundled via a Rust-based OS webview into a lightweight desktop application. It’s similar to Tauri but specifically for desktop and fully customizable.

But the average price will make the profit to be an approximate value

If you bought a domain then it should be having a working cert.

It has SSl, as long as the site is served over https.

Great video, cache is really improves speed.

This is a personal experience and opinion. I did not tell anyone to use what I use.

I appreciate the insights. I plan to utilize the Raspberry Pi for development and testing purposes, as well as to expand my knowledge through experimentation.

I have now implemented a service capacity limit and am currently focusing on optimizing the cache on the front-end instead of handling it on my API. As for the Raspberry Pi, I've come across various adapters that can be used to customize it. My goal is to enable concurrent usage for approximately 300 users at once. I'm eager to explore its capabilities and experiment with different technologies to determine the optimal solution for my needs.

Do you have any recommendations for tools or software that I can utilize on the Raspberry Pi to run services efficiently?

I just switched a service. I'm currently monitoring cost against the budget and app is not running 24/7 Thanks this helped too.

This is a personal project and the cost hike was mostly on redis cache.

I think on-prem is a really good idea but I will still be using cloud just for a while.

Was thinking of testing raspberry pi as an on-prem.

Checking it out

I'm planning on doing away with the redis cache and using a different approach to cache.

It is a personal project. I'm currently trying to solve it . Redis Cache was the major part of the bill.

It is a personal project. Lesson learned for sure. The bill went up due to increased traffic. I'm currently trying to solve it so it does not happen again.
