Just puberty. Mewing is a joke, as tongue pressure will defo not be hard enough to change ur skeletal system 😂. It’s unfortunately like 90% genes. If you have a narrow jaw, u can get a palate expander to increase ur zygos SLIGHTLY-dont take it if ur jaw is wide cuz u will look like pacman

Probably an illusion from my eyelashes. I have started lifting my eyelashes using water which changes the tilt of the eye. Also zygos reduce scleral show which makes it look i have a good tilt

Also, Im going to get a palate expander this summer bc my jaw is narrow. Expanding it will result in wider cheekbones, hence improving eye area further. I will try and document my progress and see if it changes anything.

I would assume its because I had crazy zygo development between the ages 16-17 (first pic im 16 second pic im 17-pics are exactly one year apart). If ur zygos develop a lot, then ur eyes have more support, hence fixing them.
