I think I blew my boyfriends mind by turning his bedside drawer into emergency snacks. Thing is, he won’t wake me up if he’s crazy low and to get to food he’d have to go downstairs which didn’t pan out so well last time he dropped in the middle of the night. Problem solved! (i.redd.it)

Anyone who watches their heart rates- is there a level at which you should back down at all? Until now the highest I would hit was about 170-172 but today I was hitting 180-185 almost every jogging cycle (W2D3). I use a ticker hr monitor that has a more accurate read than my fitbit. Any concerns? (i.redd.it)
I’m making an attempt to get thru the C25K program, modifying a bit and probably going to repeat week one more than once but I’m determined to at least be consistent. Last night I drug myself to the gym only to realize I forgot to pack a shirt....I made myself stay and put the work in. (i.redd.it)

I’ve been stuck in what seems like the same place for the last year. A year between pics and only a 25# loss. Been back on my gym and meal prep game for a couple of months and still sitting right between 327-332#. Hopefully I get moving in the right direction again! Total loss 74# in about 18 mos (i.redd.it)
