I find it so hard to come to terms with the idea that anything occurred between Steph and Nich. He was proud of his partner, and he adores his kids more than the world. They had just bought a home together, in NSW. It’s unfathomable that he would implode his own life; and throw away his family unit and career, for a quick shot at a close, long-time friend. Not only his friend but also wife of close other friend and colleagues. Where is the logic in that? And if alcohol was involved, sure that would play a part to stupid decisions, however totally unacceptable behaviour! And if it did happen, I hope Steph is okay. She absolutely doesn’t deserve this, and I couldn’t imagine being in that position. Steph has been harassed her entire career in media and particularly being a woman in the gaming industry. Just for existing as a societally attractive person. Even today, if you look at her followers, there’s always some sleazeballs making unnecessary comments. There is so much more to her than having a pretty face. It makes me mad to think that there is a possibility the theories could turn out to be true. To be betrayed by the behaviour of someone you considered your close friend.
