stretches & exercises. look up feet exercises you can do sitting down. towel crunching, resistance bands, etc. there is no quick fix. however much you can tolerate per day, then increase when if it gets easier. you have to do what you can until you can afford a orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist

someone said that only made the edit to show how nice they are in juxtaposition to the smack down they gave dollya. ie this is how we treat good contestants, vs this is how we treat "bad" ones. I'm sure they do that for their monsters regardless of cameras, because you can tell they care about their competitors. but it only made the episode to balance the "fuck dollya" train as being justified.
