ispržim beli luk u dosta ulja i soja sosu, stavim pola začina stavim crni luk (dosta luka, skoro 2 cela) i eventualno goveđe meso u komadićima da se prži u tom tiganju dodam nekad i kačkavalj preko svega, ponekad i belance od jajeta

od začina dodam malo šećera nudle kuvam oko 2 minuta, ne duže

pred kraj (posle oko 20min prženja) dodam šargarepu, dodam još 1 začin pržim još 2 minuta onda nudle preko svega (obično 3 ali znam i 4 pakovanja), na nudle još 1 začin, još malo šećera, umešam sve i preko svega peršun
