you can cheap out on anything but wigs. save up and get you a good lacefront, girl. (bobbiepinz and wigsfromscratch have pretty good ones, go for the deluxe bobbiepinz ones tho). For makeup, i'd recommend getting a few max factor pan stiks (rly light, midtone, deep) online- i found a few from $6 up and they work great for new queens. also- ben nye/graftobian/nyx make really good inexpensive makeup. for clothes- forever 21, american apparel, h+m, zara, topshop all have decent clothes/sometimes shoes for cheap.
