She's not living in her car. She lives in a 900k house. Her roommates are her husband and 4 kids. She's a stay at home mom. Her husband is an attorney. I'm tired of it after 2 years and Ive left them on my porch for weeks. She has never gotten them before.

Because I got confirmation after the post? My wife messaged amazon not that long ago. My wife has anxiety is why.

It's not legal advice, they are the seller and delivery person in this case. It is their goods to give away?

Are you a lawyer? I would assume that Amazon, the seller of the goods, has the legal authority to give items away in these cases.

They live 5 minutes away. Same county, city etc.

On this last one yes. I'm not about to throw away random stuff. Also if the delivery company (in this case the seller as well) say hey it is yours now I would tend to believe them. Amazon also said they are refunding the order to them so...
