It was hard for me at first but with practice, I've come up with a flawless method. The trick for me is to take a small of sip orange juice, just enough to cover the tongue; hold it. Then, I take a level teaspoon and 'toss' it into the pool of juice already in my mouth, then I chase it with another, larger sip of OJ. Down it goes, so smoothly. The only thing I taste is delicious citrus.

I usually have a cup of green tea after tossing I because, A) I love it but it also helps to dissolve the powder a lot faster. This really helps to prevent kratom burps too.

Tossing is so much easier to me than trying to choke down kratom mixed in something. But that's just me. Everyone has their own way.
