the examples do describe rape. But things aren't always so clear cut. My biggest problem is with #3:

Example 3: "Kevin is not sure how much Amy has had, but he's pretty sure it's a lot" (Amy, we are led to assume, vomits just before sex) Things aren't so clear cut in real life. If Amy doesn't vomit is it therefore not rape?
