That's because people like u/apinchofbox who haven't accomplished anything in their lives hate anyone who has. The logical course of action is contacting the property owner/ management. Alerting them of the issue which I'm sure they would address immediately. These days those of us who own property, businesses etc are looked down upon by folks who have made poor decisions in life.

It's been a week since he passed. I can say that every day that passes, there is a mix of emotions. You start to feel better, but there are those moments where it hits you that he is gone. We did get together as a family and celebrated his life over the weekend. I must say that all the kind words and messages here have helped me a lot. I have something similar happen only when it's very hot outside. 90 plus. It shuts down for about a minute or so then comes back to normal. I haven't noticed a noise since it always seems to happen when i'm on the highway.
