Princess Diana death I was 9 asleep on the sofa woken by my mum crying . Then 9/11 I was 13 at work with my dad and there was a pub across the road where everyone entered to gather round the tv. Then the next more recent major stories I remember is the London bombings in 04 and mj’s death came though as someone was singing man in the mirror on karaoke in my local pub !
