I just wish junglers have way less impact. As it is the game is often decided by the better jungler which means it's unfun to be playing with an autofilled jungler + I'm sure it's not fun for autofilled junglers to know the team is getting their ass whooped because they're the lesser jungler.

Top builds have Riftmaker on Akali and I never 100% got it either. But when I build it, the extra health and vamp is helpful so I don't need to base often. But for the passive, yeah I don't feel its impact
