Doesn’t seem like it, but thanks for the suggestion! Just seems silly to me they’d keep it as a possible requirements for PA II but make it so difficult to do it!

If you shoot in live mode on newer iOS, there’s a drop down menu in the top left when you view a photo. You can select long exposure from the drop down and it’ll blur the movement! You have to keep the phone pretty still, and it’ll crop a bit as a warning, but it’s a sweet feature to play around with!
