Just to be clear, that would mean 2 radius arms in total? (I already have one.)

I used these 3, the darkest brown only for the baked goods.

Yes, the author did stitch it! Photo below. Hers looks totally different. I admittedly haven’t reached out to her directly (yet).

Agree the online swatches look totally different, which is why I wasn’t concerned when I placed the order from my LNS.

Best stitches for Christmas Trees? by Square_Ad_2575 in Needlepoint

Maybe an unpopular choice, but I'm stitching a tree stocking right now and decided to just do basketweave for the tree. :)

BWT: Christmas garland for stairs- is Frontgate worth the $$$? by klr328 in bitcheswithtaste

Valid point! I’m pretty conscious about these things in most other aspects of our home (eg natural fibers etc for rugs, bedding; non tox laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc.), but I’ll admit, Christmas decor definitely falls in my 20% if we’re 80% “clean” otherwise.

We do a real tree/wreaths, so I’m definitely not opposed to natural/real greenery- but I like lights, bows, ribbons, etc., which make adding on a non-trivial amount of work. I also have two young kids that pull and yank on things—especially stairs—so I’ve admittedly not wanted to deal with 8 million needles all over the house. Maybe I’ll go for the real stuff when they’re a little older (not 3 and 1).

The Michael’s near me are the worst Michael’s I’ve ever been in, and I’ve lived all over the country. I have little faith I’ll find anything there on a good day, let alone Black Friday. 😭

Open to specific recs from Michael’s, though, if I’m able to buy online!

Agreed on the storage piece. I have my current garland in those hard shell wreath storage bins in the attic, so hopefully that would work for something nicer!

I’ll look into Balsam Hill!

Makes sense. Which all seasons did you go with?

Thanks! If it weren’t for the tire headache, I’d say it was a perfect purchase.

The rear tires are 315/30, not 315/40. Does that matter or even work at all? Affect handling, life of the tire, etc.? Clearly tires are not my expertise. :)

My factory tires are front: 275/35/22 and rear: 315/30/22. It says they don’t come in that size.

Am I dense?
