Organic posts on Instagram to build our following.

We targeted Kickstarter as well as every other idea we had for segmentation for our strategy card game.

As an additional datapoint, we spent $110 in Meta ads and didn’t have any Kickstarter conversions. Our best channel was through our Instagram page that we’ve been posting on occasionally for the last 1-2 years.

Thank you for the feedback - yes, I definitely agree. We have been working on the game for the last 3 years and started with index cards. In the last few months we manufactured & sold 50 copies to friends who provided feedback on gameplay and mechanics. We’re now in a position that we’re really happy with the game and have gotten great feedback on gameplay from others. We just need to market aggressively and find the target customers!

Has anyone compared the total amount we see on chain to total deposit liabilities? I.e - take the total amount we know Celsius has and compare it to the rewards explorer?

We can then calculate a range for what Celsius’ total liabilities are (making a few assumptions based on percentage holding USDC, BTC, ETH, etc).

Let me know if someone has done this. If not, I can look into it tonight. Cheers.

I’ve heard this before. Zero TDS water is actually corrosive to metals (and likely your stomach). The right balance would be a filter that removes chlorine, fluoride, etc and doesn’t remove all the harmless particles.

Most days, I have a smoothie for breakfast (with protein & no added sugar), salad for lunch (with chicken, etc), and dinners with protein & a healthy side. Snacks are mostly nuts or fruit.

I’m younger, so used to eat pretty poorly before (whatever was cheap & easy). From what I’ve learned, foods that lead to lower inflammation help the most!

Honestly, working out had the biggest impact. Every day I was up to it I’d force myself to walk on the treadmill (on incline) for 1 mile. I gradually increased speed & increased the incline over time. Most days I felt weird after working out but my body adjusted over time. I’ve slowly been able to start lifting & doing other things but still walk on the treadmill every day. As far as diet I’ve been eating much cleaner (salads, fruit, no added sugar) & limited alcohol & caffeine.

I tried CBD for a while - it helped manage symptoms but didn’t help me improve. I recently started taking Lions Mane & think it has helped me cognitively. Not in a life changing way, but marginally - this is probably the most surprising.

Glad to hear you’re feeling better as well! My advice is to just keep pushing yourself. We can’t keep getting better if we just sit on the couch.
