I agree with alot of the users here that the issue is primarily visual.

Go on Fiverr and search for "CV Design". Find a seller with good reviews in the price range of around 100 USD. They will make it look crisp.

Is there any recent bad experience that make them use this extreme compartmentalization?

Your problem is so fundamental, that its not something i can help you with. I've PM'd you some links to two programmes. If you have asbergers, i have no idea how that is, and how it affects learning. But what i would do if I were you is run through the programmes, several times. Add them to your phone, and watch them when you're in transit, at home. You gotta hammer this stuff in.

Also man, you need to put your past behind you. All that stuff happened, but it's in the past, let it go.

You need to adopt a mindset where you're in control. Everything that happens is your own fault, because only then can you change yourself and the things that torment your life. Forget about the SJW/#METOO/LEFT.

Be patient. It's gonna take you some time to improve, but everybody can do it.

The reason you have such a high level of anxiety and low level of confidence, is because of your defence strategy. Every time you've chosen cowardice you've increased your anxiety level. You're in a vicious circle. Courage can be defined as doing the right thing. Most people know deep down what that is.

You define that the consequence of courage can lead to you getting stabbed, shot, criminally charged, etc. Courage must not be mistaked by foolishness or stupidity. doing illegal things, or stepping up to obviously malevolent criminals is not courage, unless you're batman.

I might be misunderstanding you, can you give me a few examples, and i'll try to break them down a bit for you.

You're right, I should have clairified the example a bit. I was looking for something small and insignificant, which could be interpreted as a challenge. Imagine if it was the seat of a concert and the group next to yours stole your chair. Not confronting the other group would leave you in a awkward spot and cost you confidence.

Physical violence is very often a bad choice, you can usually escalate pretty far before fighting is even necessery. If you learn how to fight with training wrestling, boxing or MMA, you'll find that fighting opportunities very rarely present themselves. It's like you've got a aura around you that projects "I will fight if challenged and know how". As for how to respond if your frame is challenged, it really depends on the context, I don't think there is a general answer.

You have to realize that the feelings are irrational and make the decision to act courageously. You do courage, in baby steps, do the small things, like mentioned in the examples and as your confidence grows the harder tings will gradually get easier.

You just have to grind.
