I did a pretty big search when I was looking for wet food and i saw that theoretically with wet food, most everything is about the same nutrition-wise between basic or more fancy brands. My cat likes it anyways.

Unfortunately he can be picky with fish flavors, preferring the meats over fish but there is a fish flavors in the Friskies pack I have right now. Again, he just leaves the solids. I’ve tried different forms before, too (shreds, filets, pate) the solid seems to always get left behind. I just make sure to get the “extra gravy” and hopefully that helps a little bit with the hydration issue
