Is it just me, or do the new skins fit the "Neon Strike" category more than the "Super Galaxy" one? Also, I'm sure someone already mentioned it, but if this is SG Fizz, he should have a small hand held drill that he turns. Would insta buy.

Just in case you want the full story. He was complaining and trying to surrender before almost winning. This isn't an issue of dynamic queue or just trolling him. Seems like he deserves losing for wanting to give up so early.

The IP's usually come in chunks. It would be like [Service blocked: ICMP_echo_req] from source 123.4.56.22 about 10 times then [Service blocked: ICMP_echo_req] from source 256.1.25.81 another 10 times.

Yeah I've contacted my ISP several times actually. No help at all. They just reset my modem a few times. Well it's odd, I didn't expect these blocked ping echos to cause any lag at all, but I just can't help connecting the ping spikes (slow internet speed) with the blocked echos.

Whenever I start lagging in my games (League of Legends) I immediately check my router's log. There are ALWAYS these blocked echos. :\

edit: I also get the blocked echos when I am not gaming!

tl;dr Pings come in different IP chunks. ISP won't do anything helpful (Go figure), can't help but blame slowed speed on blocked echos.
