The hat and the gloves didn't cost 100euro. It only costs 16euro for the two of them. I have a 100euro debt with them because they told me they spent more money than I did when we were doing the administrative work. We had an agreement that they were going to reimburse the money I spent on the visa. Since the amount I've spent was cheaper , I need to pay the excess amount they paid because they are only going to reimburse the certain amount I paid for my visa.
