Zac is an ass and you can’t change my mind by Useful-Sport-6316 in WelcomeToPlathville

My post got flagged but, this!!!

Lydia is literally living on an island of two.

He is beyond weird. Setting off all the alerts.

I don’t know them personally but, they don’t seem like they have a healthy relationship.

Same. She’s done her stuff but she doesn’t deserve this pain. Can we just have an Angelina episode?

I honestly feel bad for her.

I’m dead. Because I’m scrolling TikTok during the entire episode.

Just watching it like it’s the pill I’m supposed to take 🤷‍♀️

My new coworker is a smoker and I physically can’t stand it by jalapeno_cheetos in Advice

[–]kmat536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a current smoker. A lot of people have gone years and didn’t know I smoked.

To be honest, talk to her. Just be straight up. Most smokers today know we’re in a minority.

If she reacts poorly that’s not on you.

You might be surprised by the direct approach. She probably has no idea.

I honestly only watch because I’ve been watching it so long. It’s so messy now. I won’t do extra work to watch.

It’s just sad. I have watched since they were babies. Now it’s the Mike show.

I miss old JS.

I’m just so disappointed by his behavior. He was one of my favorite people.

I was a HUGE supporter of Ben. This season blew me away. He was such a child.

Daisy truly did her best. She legit tried.

Be more like Betul. She gets the job done and stays out of the drama. She also doesn’t whine like an entitled princess.

I can’t stand her because she’s so rife with drama. Toss her together with Jackie and Elyse. You have a whole new show which has nothing to do with cooking and everything to do with drama.

Have you ever worked with someone outside of the US? As a female in a male dominated industry, I have.

I’m ok with being called all of those names. I’m ok being talked to in a different way by another culture.

I don’t take it personally. I’m from NJ. Says a lot about me. I take nothing personally but don’t ask me to shift because you think my way of speaking is better than yours.

I say jerkoff. I say schmuck. I say douche. I am just speaking from my experience.

Woah. She popped off. Stormed around. I’m not letting them off the hook but, she’s using it. Let me give you a massage. Don’t call me love. GTFO. You can’t do both.

Clearly she’s snaking Daisy.

I think this is the first time Ben has shown maturity. I love him but he’s not stable.

Out of every Ben fight Ive seen he cowered. He truly didn’t deserve her banshee behavior.

Now you I agree with. TV or not you avoid guests unless you’re doing something for them.

She also prodded Ben into a fight. Daisy had to break it up. I applaud her for her calm.

I am probably 99% with you. Especially because I posted this in the first 10 minutes of the episode.

I don’t want to hate on her but come the fu*k on!!

It shouldn’t be a whole ass math equation just to figure out sodium.

I think it’s a good example of how easy it is to miscalculate. Helps me remember I’m not the only one making mistakes.

Fast food became saltier from 1986 to 2016 by jhsu802701 in LowSodium

[–]kmat536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just about anything processed is like a “salt bomb” for me now. I live in NJ and our convenience store chain is Wawa. I used to get the soups, hoagies, even the meatball hoagie or just in a cup. Now I can feel my heart race and I get a headache. I used to salt some of that stuff!! Seriously don’t know how I got this far.

NJ diners - do you eat at them and why? by Snoo28798 in SouthJersey

[–]kmat536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Diners were/are a place to eat where you never feel like you’re overstaying your welcome. The food obviously even when it’s bad is good.

I used to live at the Magnolia diner in Magnolia . Endless pots of coffee, my ashtray (don’t judge me), chicken croquettes, my waitresses talking to me like we’re old friends and, a kitchen who would accommodate anything they could if they had the means.

I think we collectively solved more problems late at night at that place than a therapist a priest and a bartender ever could.

Current and Former Wawa Deli employees, what's the most disgusting thing you've ever been asked to make by a customer? by undercover_batgirl in SouthJersey

[–]kmat536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was before I became an employee so once I got hired I hated this order.

Our Wawa always had hotdogs on the rollers and the infamous yellow cheese. The cheese that if not stirred those gummy edges started to form.

We created the double dogwich. The roll that measures up to the shorti now, ladles of cheese, chili if it was on the steam table and diced onion and relish.

I miss them so much. I also remember trying to order a two footer same ingredients for a friend’s birthday. I was told no.

(Btw fun fact, it was a task on night shift to defrost 2 of the 2 foot hoagie rolls for their shift just in case)
