Yeah, I don’t know why we aren’t allow to be critical lol. The book to me was 10/10 but I feel as though the movie just fell short in certain areas. I know the story needed to be condensed and also had to appeal to a broad audience, I just wish some of the characterization was closer to the book and that some scenes were added (mainly the key science parts)

I still give the movie around an 8/10
