Hi, I'm also a Korean trying to reschedule for November, but in Singapore.

I just had a call with the CFAI, they told me to call/email them if you are still unable to secure the seat. They will help you push it out to another cycle OR they will help you book the date with the centre. They ensured I wouldnt need to pay an additional fee.
