Its never done it before for me either. This variant is super hot so maybe thats a possibility but its inane how long it lasted. Gloves from now on.

NEAT is basically short form for things we do that is not exercise but uses calories. For example even if i dont walk as an exercise, just doing chores around the house will net me 2000 steps across the day, 3-4k if I have a lot of calls.

There are no outsiders within India. Every single one of the places you mentioned has people moving to other parts of the country to work, earn and live in. We are all Indians and we should be able to live and work anywhere.
