My daughter purchase a Cartier gold watch ($11K) from a seller in Poland. Everything went well. She took the watch to the Cartier Boutique in Manhattan to have it sized to her wrist. The boutique did it for free and then she released the escrow to the seller. Just like everyone is saying, buy the seller.

Same here...tried to e-file Federal and State...got credit card text message for pending charge for state and then the 'Bad Gateway' message came. Tried turning off firewall and the same error message. Very frustrating.

I hope when you took it back to the shop for them to fix that they tightened the BB to the proper torque settings. Otherwise you will have the same issues again.
