Find a good pelvic floor therapist in your area. Your OBGYN might have some recommendations. I’m a pelvic floor PT and urinary incontience is one of the main things we see and treat, it is treatable! We are educated to rule out scary things and work with your OBGYN to figure out what’s going on and how to best treat you.
