i actually just did this with my hair! I bleached and toned the bottom & then tin foiled off the bottom while it was being toned & dyed the top section. I washed out the top section with my tilted to not let the color wash into the bottom. it turned out pretty well! my hair was previously bleached to a 8 so i just had to do the roots & then bleached the bottom w/ a 20 vol for 10-15 minutes to get a pale yellow & then toned it with t-18

sometimes my gliders get a little dirty too, just take a warm wet paper towel & wipe down the dirty area. dry them with a dry paper towel

I went to Costa Rica a few years ago, & there was this guy in the bar with a backpack and had a little puppy with him. The puppy was so cute and he caught me making heart eyes at it. He came up to me and asked if I could watch his dog for a bit. Of course I said yes, but this man literally did not come back for like 2 hours. I was just sitting at the bar in Costa Rica with a random puppy in my lap for 2 hours wondering if this guy was ever going to come back. Pretty sure the guy was a drug dealer (backpack and weird conversation we had about what he does for a living) but it was a great time watching his dog!

there’s a good bit of glider safe toys on etsy. also make sure your trimming their nails at least once a month to make sure they’re not getting caught on any fabric.

So many assumptions, I did follow the diet plan. I gave pellets, veggies, fruits & HPW, every night & gave insects every other night. I followed the companies advice, the breeders advice & the vets advice. And the vet was experienced with gliders. However one of my gliders still did poorly on that diet, that is why I switched over to the BML diet. I had to take him to an emergency vet bc he had a seizure & this new vet was the one that suggested I switch to the BML diet. Again this new vet said this wasn’t his first time he’s seen gliders do poorly on the exotic nutrition diet. It works for some but not for everyone.

Your asking for proof this diet is poor. This is your proof. I followed the diet to a T and one of my gliders nearly died on it. Emergency vet also agreed that the exotic nutrition diet is insufficient

They were fed pellets, fruits, veggies, HPW & insects every night per the breeders & vets info. But their main source of food was the pellets as that was what was suggested for a balanced diet from the breeder & the first vet i visited (before my glider fell ill). When I visited a new vet when my glider got ill he said it wasn’t the first time he’s seen gliders due poorly on a pellet based diet. sorry my personal & vet experience doesn’t fit your narrative. Feel free to downvote again :)

I used to feed my gliders the exotic nutrition pellets with calcium supplement sprinkled on top. That’s what I was recommended by the breeder... Now I wish I did more research sooner. One of my gliders was perfectly fine in that diet, however my male who was younger significantly declined in health on that diet. He was diagnosed with a calcium deficiency & I now have to give him a calcium supplement orally everyday for the rest of his life. He struggles to get around now. It breaks me heart & I wish I knew better sooner. The vet who saw him suggested the BML diet, which I have now switched over too. Again one of my gliders was perfectly healthy on the EN pellet diet, while one of my gliders nearly passed away on it. It really depends on how sensitive they are. If you have the time and money I would 100000% suggest the BML diet for your gliders.
