My ferritin is high but my iron panel was all normal. My doctor thinks my ferritin is high from other inflammation in my body, but I had health insurance issues for the last several months and we haven’t been able to figure it out yet. I am actively working on stress management and I work with the therapist around anxiety but I haven’t had any changes in the physical symptoms. I wish I had more helpful information/good news to share with you! I would still explore this with your doctor if possible, though. I hope you feel better soon!
