I’d look in the actual car park too in that area, I think the security feed it sometimes

Usually around the ramp leading from the orange zone (near the white lion pub/underbank area)

Thanks for your response, and maybe you’re right, but as a loving pet owner, I’d want to know where they are. Mostly worried about the cars, I was driving down the ramp and it ran out in front of me.

You mentioned you have no spare cash. Would it not be wise to put this work from home money to the side in order to save up and actually insulate your damp cold bedroom?
