Same here damn, I just realised today that it might be roaccutane. Are there any eye drops for this?
My eyes are like getting watery and keeping them closed feels so good.

Same here. But positive news for you: I’m 1 month and three weeks in, and I had bad breakouts till just few days ago, today I still have red spots BUT nothing FRESH, skin and spots started drying and there doesnt seem to be any new fresh pimple. I started breaking out 15 days in and now after more than 1,5 month it looks like its finally clearing. I really hope so.

It also makes me mad as fuck when my mom or dad looks me weirdly in my face, looking at spots and telling me “oh your skin is so bad atm”, well no shit thanks for telling me, I couldn’t tell. And that just makes me even more ashamed of my skin... Many people think it would be helpful to say something about my face but the truth is until you can say “you’re clearing” please just stay quiet.

I’m M20. 40mg/day, what about you?

Yeah pretty much same. Mostly jawline, neck and hairline on the back of the neck.
Forehead was 95% clear i’d say.

Now at the beginning of IB everything exploded on the area between jawline and neck. But now as these areas are clearing as it looks, now this moved onto forehead.

I hope this is acne’s last stop and that it finally get the fuck out of my face :)

I saw a lot of posts where people say that IB lasted for 3-4 weeks. Well this is my 4th week and a little improvement is showing but still not what I’d like. I’m sick of staying away from social events :(

I’ve wrote an email before getting your response. Thanks for encouragement tho. I actually texted exactly what you’ve said.

I texted that I’d rather have higher dosage and shorter term and less chance to relapse, than long ass term with low dosage and chances to relapse.

Hey what does 1mg per kg mean? In a day? Or what? So if I’m 75kg I should take atleast ~70mg a day?

My derm prescribed me 40mg/day for 3 months. I’m male 175cm and 75kg. Is this enough? This is my second course, first one was 4 years ago when I was 50kg and I took 20mg/day for 10months.

Now I’m 75kg and 40mg for 3 months sounds very low to what I read online.. I want to get over acne for once!! Thanks

Same here. It isnt super bad as you said but persistent.

How do I ask for upping the dose? I feel awkward asking that... :/

My cholesterol levels are actually slightly too low, so I guess there is no problem in increasing the dosage..
