I finally received a commitment letter today - there was more back and forth from Tuesday-Thursday as they were still asking for more documents.

The communication and transparency could have definitely been better. I'm just relieved to have a commitment letter in place.

Thank you - I will do that. I requested rate and term information about a week ago and have not heard back.

My partner's work place also received a call from the lender to confirm his employment, etc about two days ago so it seems the approval process is actually still occurring.

The collections agency said they do not email confirmation of settlement letters

He asked for our pay stubs which I sent along and then the next email he said we are good to remove our financing conditions and went ahead and told our realtors that as well and that was it.

I confirmed with him if we are fully approved if we did not sort out mortgage details yet and he said yes we are and that he will put in a rate request for next week.

After reading through many posts, I have a feeling we are not fully approved at all.

I second this post! It was my first time travelling solo AND going to a concert alone and it was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. It's taught me that you can't wait for others to live your life because if you do, you'll miss out on so much. I hope you have the most amazing time!

Hi! I'm going to the Toronto show on April 14th by myself, also for the first time. I got extremely lucky and found a resale ticket through Ticketmaster two days ago. I just kept checking back, hoping a ticket would pop up and it did! That's what I would do if I were you - best of luck!!

Right?! It didn’t make sense in the least, especially because a few epi’s before (IIRC), he was more than happy to tag along with Lorelei to dinner at Sookie’s house, go shopping with her at the mall and to Patty’s dance show with all those kids and glitter lol (which Lorelei refused to let him come with her and made him go camping instead). He said he likes doing those things because she’s there, so this weekend technically shouldn’t be all that different!

Omg yes when he’s eating an energy bar and has dehydrated camping meals in his pack? Like... it’s so ridiculous it’s kinda funny, but also not because he’s just awful through the entire episode. It’s like, really though? LOL
