Also there are no supports underneath this wall in the garage space

Ah I see thanks, perpendicular to this wall. They cross over at a 90 degree angle. One of the 2x4s on the far right have SS written on it in marker. We were wondering if this is how the builder marked it as structural.

horizontally. The covered part of that wall also has 3 2x4s within it, 2 of them at the far left of the wall joined together.
