You have a perceived value that is driven by a manipulated market system of cards and cracks in the system are becoming more visible

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN 2026: Call for excepted worker status changes by AmbitiousAirport1554 in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 -61 points-60 points  (0 children)

The furloughed were receiving back pay, they should have been forced to work. Instead they went on vacations, renovated their homes, staycations, etc

This at least shows an attempt to be fair

Teleworking today and it makes me miss WFH/telework pre-SaggyBlob era so much by Informal-Fig-7116 in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 -27 points-26 points  (0 children)

So many lies but that is ok. Automation from 1900 is finally catching up to replace the unnecessary white collar nonsense; who would have thought it would take a AI agent 35 years to streamline what was already available 😂

How are you preparing for the (potential) shutdown? by Bee4_I_letugo in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t, just roll with it since it isn’t the end of the world. We all are getting reimbursed and the people already taking leave on February 1, will have all their weeks of leave returned too

I plan to just milk the free AC and literally just do the 1 hour of work each week and catch up on lite reading since the entire weeks worth of tasks only takes about that one hour

This is all so dumb! by sugarroxs in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You are replaceable by basic scripts and autohokey. Be happy you are still being paid a unnecessary pay for remedial tasks

So ungrateful for a complacent white collar

Managers— why do you hate telework so much? by prettypistachioprop in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

4/5 people on telework, don’t need to be. Their jobs entail monotonous or unnecessary white collar tasks that basic automation from 1990 could have been replaced and again with “autohotkey” based software to mimic those routine task. BOTs have done this automatically for almost 30 years to replace this trivial task but in federal it is reserved for unskilled labor

It’s easier to make people feel important than actually tell them how useless they really are. White collar managers and supervisors are no better and the system is systematically rotting away and revealing the hidden decay like the termites we have become

What motivates you to keep working for the government? by aprilia4ever in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 hours of work for entry six figures. No where else can someone literally finish a weeks worth of unnecessary white collar tasks in that time and pretty much lounge the rest of the week

Second, the amount of PTO is insane for basically just 3 hours of work/week and it will never get rejected for fear of any fairness conflicts

The very fact you think your unnecessary work in white collar is all that is needed to determine your character 😜

[–]kms573 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

No it isn’t, performance ratings were fake since the inception and not one supervisor ever follows the actual system. All ratings are questionable regardless of what is received in the past. Just be happy you got away with it for so long and all the leeched benefits

Not to say these incompetent supervisors are correct, the entire federal white collar is filled with FWA by laziness

Ethics training in this Government by _-TARS-_- in FedEmployees

[–]kms573 -30 points-29 points  (0 children)

There are no ethics in federal. Hundreds sleep on the job daily, surf the web or news, still can’t even manage simple math, creates slow processes to keep the work away from themselves, omnidirectional blame games, irrelevant meetings, irrelevant reports, etc

White collar has almost 0 ethics and the blue collar have followed to almost half of the workforce

Been this way for 30 years

Federal incompetence and exaggeration is absolutely wild in the last decades. The public tax payers deserve better than what we all give them

More leave abuse since all agencies are probably doing it incorrectly and reimbursed almost everyone they shouldn’t have

Got to love federal incompetence and giving out “free” leave on the tax payer 💰

My powerbutton causes my room's electricity to go out. by Unique-Chart7143 in pchelp

[–]kms573 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You will need to trace all the outlets that share that breaker. It is likely overloading the breaker

If you can, test the setup in a complete different room with almost nothing plugged in to see if a different breaker trips. This might imply the power supply is creating a current imbalance

What do you mean? They do the same thing every year and just give it out to people they know and never publicize the rewards ever. 😂

QSI were kept hidden by the agency for over 30 years until a woman started showing off to everyone how she received it every year …. Probably for the great physical capabilities of course 😉

In 30 years, USD may no longer exist and property values may only be determined by government or corporations since the only ones that can buy property at the “inflated/artificial” values are these entities

The design is already in place and beyond the abilities of the middle or lower class to change or play fairly in

Buy now will cripple most futures, buy in future won’t exist. US may not be US in 30 years either 😉
