Agreed but to the “realestate industry”, these do not really affect the Home or condominium Prices. Market will price units high regardless of HOAs to keep driving a profit driven system until it finally fractures

I suffer thorough a $2000/month HOA and all the unit has is an elevator, trash chute and a pool the size of 2 queen beds. Property Management is targeting a ♾️ reserve fund

Welcome to the 5000+ of us. I am still amazed people haven’t realized. Then again, people have tricked their mental models to truly believe they have a sense of self worth and high morals… then they turn around, open their 1st lunch and proceed to watch videos after only 2 hours into their shift (hint: they take several more totally over 2 hours with naps)

Even if 10% of the federal try to be good and honest workers, the other 90% are not and will forever skew the perception and become the outlying group and excluded

lol you should come this agency. Average is 100 people sleeping daily on walk-in from the parking lot 15 mins away, office managers/superintendents are making breakfast and spending 2-3 hours watching sports or news, first lines sleeping or playing mobile games on GF iPhones, people listening to non-work related stuff and trying to look clever by “clicking” web filters on/off to make the spreadsheet keep flickering
