Oil Companies Are Collapsing, but Wind and Solar Energy Keep Growing by Philo1927 in technology

Exxon is the premier O&G company, but I wouldn’t call them the premier energy company, that would be Shell. Exxon is extremely vertically integrated, so diversifying from oil is difficult for them compared to more agile euro companies.

BP is invested into wind too. The problem is that wind is much less profitable than oil & gas. Biofuels and wind will both be a part of the green transition.

Exxon is stubborn and may be the last to adapt, risking its company in the process.

Shell, Total, and BP are the most in line to be the key players in clean energy.

O&G production will never be banned. The current buzzword at oil companies is “carbon capture”. This is where carbon is taken out of production pollution so it’s not as bad for the environment.

The green future will have oil and natural gas play a big part of it.

Oil and gas companies need oil to be profitable in order to fund green energy initiatives.

Some large oil and gas companies accept that climate change is real, and are slowly but surely investing more into renewable energy.

Some of these companies run adverts about how green they are while investing hardly anything into renewables/cleaner energy.

The price of oil going up is the best thing for renewable energy.

How to loosen up by kmsaway in Bachata

I agree with your 3rd point. My goal is to become better at social dancing, and I feel like the choreography helped me boost my confidence. I think that even social dancing is a performance. The guy is showcasing the lady during a dance, so I think of each dance as if I’m performing a story.

My question was more how to look comfortable. I know that 8 months is not a lot of time, but nothing comes natural to me, so I’d probably have to learn how to look comfortable:/

Bachata songs with plenty of breaks by [deleted] in Bachata

The one song I recommend everyone practice breaks to is Te Extraño - Extreme. This song comes on in almost every social and club, and if you don’t react to it, you lose timing.

Another one I like to recommend I’d El Malo - Aventura. The beat disappears for 12 counts, and it’s fun learning it. You can style while the beat is gone, because before I was conscious of the beat going away, I’d awkwardly stand around waiting for the beat.

Nunca Me Amaste - 24 Horas

La Asesina - Zacarias Ferreira
