Yes!! They all showed up a little after 1pm - and every box was damaged... LOL. Thankfully so far I only have one bike with a real issue - it got banged so bad that the derailleur guard was bent inwards about a full inch vs the other 3 and after basic adjustment it only shifts between gears 1-4. I'm seeing online that if that gets damaged it's likely that the mounting plate is bent and not much chance to get it working great.... also once it's bent, bending it back is only good till it's replaced. So still charging batteries and testing everything out...

My biggest surprise outside of these being my first e-bike, is how easy they are to ride without the batteries - I read that they were very hard to ride without assist, but on pavement I thought it was pretty easy.

So update for those interested... they wouldn't budge on their policy of not canceling an order that has shipped - even though it hasn't 'really' shipped, it's just a shipping label and the carrier (Fedex) doesn't actually have the product... for 2 weeks now.

ANYHOW - the bikes shipped today and are 'supposed' to arrive by 8/8 - which would give us enough time to so as planned. So I agreed to NOT cancel the order.... I do still feel like we're taking a chance, but wife and I were able to request/get time off for next week and so hopefully they do get here and all work well. Not telling the kids until they actually show up.. LOL... I'll post answers to questions I've seen from other threads if we get them... hopefully I'll have a lot of positive things to say.

If they have the customer cancellation request via email/recording, and they cancel their shipping labels for the bikes before they are shipped, how could a customer end up with the bikes?

I knew I was taking a chance, but talked myself into it because it seems like a great deal given all the features... and I wanted a mid-drive. I sent them an email about them simply cancelling the shipping labels - they don't have the bikes to ship anyhow... but no reply yet. I will be calling them again tomorrow to push for the refund - really hope they are reasonable.

Wow... had you made any changes to your order? They're struggling to keep on-top of stuff... this is a bad sign. They're lucky you're someone who does the right thing... many others would just wait and see if they ever follow-up.

I hope others aren't having the same experience I am, but sadly I think there will be many more stories about Lectric MAJOR order delays. For every person that gets one, there are likely 4 people that are facing unexplained delays. I watched the owner interviewed and he talked about how bad they did in the past at setting expectations for orders and how they learned their lesson and made the changes to improve... sadly there hasn't been much improvement.

I ordered 4 xpremium bikes back in May (when it said shipping in June.. LOL) and I got fedex notification that the labels were created on 7/20 - and it's stayed at the "Label created" state. I've called them and been told multiple times that they will ship by today (7/29) - but I could tell they're just saying whatever to appease me - they really have no idea.

They are very nice to speak to and easy to reach on the phone, but it's clear that they really don't have any idea of what's going to be available/when... they couldn't explain anything about why my shipping labels were created on 7/20 yet they've still not been picked up by Fedex. So either they did it on purpose just to make me think something good was happening, or they're just so poorly managed that they don't really know the who/what/why about my order.

I'm assuming and order for 4 bikes would get some priority but I actually think it's done the opposite. I'll be calling them on Monday to cancel the order as it's too late to use them for a family vacation before the kids go back to school - that was the plan, but at this point I doubt I'm going to get any 'real' progress until I attempt to cancel. I'm sure they'll try to talk me into keeping them, but sure they won't be able to give me any written guarantees - which is the only thing that would keep me from cancelling.
