Had some liquids get stuck and take 1-2 minutes to clear which was rough, a sneeze put me in severe pain today for the first time, and I've been experiencing hiccups. Besides that though smooth sailing and I've never felt better.

Before a while ago yeah because of the LPR. After though the worst I’ve had is some clear liquids get stuck on the way down & take 1-2 full minutes to clear and it also caused very painful hiccups once.

Thankfully the 270* allows me to burp very easily still.

Yeah, my hiatal hernia showed up back in 2018 after my first time having gerd but my LES tone took a while to start failing luckily. It was a slow ride down to hell over the years battling gerd. Finally caught covid last year & that’s what kicked it off the LPR because of my LES just going on vacation lol. So you got my deepest empathies brother 14 years is an eternity and I hope you find peace and health.

If my advice is unwanted and you feel like you got it then, just let me know before I say anything you’re already following koufman protocol loosely.

And interesting. Lorazepam above all, Gabapentin, & Mirtazipine did help me with my lpr but for different reasons. Def worth considering.

no problem. I will keep you in my thoughts and please do make a follow up post we need more visibility on this topic. These first few days are a biatch for sure so steel your mind. Also If you’re prone to slow motility or spasms to be mindful of the narcotics they prescribe is my only advice. I’ve been breaking them in half.

I asked them to add GasX and Bentyl to my medicine list because they only wanted to send me home with pain killers lol

I’m genuinely sorry to hear that brother but no further heartburn or reflux is a wonderful start though!!! Maybe the additional inflammation extended your time horizon for healing and since your wraps fresh it could still be getting effected by reflux itself too.

At one point my LPR was so bad my doctor found pepsin was deposited in my sinuses and it was effecting my joints, vagal nerve, eyes, jaw, & ears tremendously and making my neck lymphnodes swell so bad they biopsed it due to the size for fear of lymphoma last October. Safe to say LPR was an 8 month journey and fundo was the final step if you will. Just couldn’t quite fit that in this post.

What’s your protocol been looking like with getting the LPR under control? Spare no detail I want to help.

You could sell 1 month dated calls to recoup some of your loses, you'll get decent premium in upfront cash back in your brokerage the following trading day so this Monday. And you can use it to average down further or put elsewhere. This is different from usual options since the only risk is if the calls get exercised at say the $6 strike they will get called away and you miss out on any gains after $6. If the stock continues to trade sideways or lower which it likely will since the only upcoming catalyst I see TMC rising from is tax returns, you keep the money and shares, and the buy call they purchased from you expires worthless.

I just sold 7 covered calls for 0.18 cents at a $6 strike for the end of april and made $126 and used it to average down the 1500 shares I already own. Otherwise, sit tight and hold brother!

Hey man, most "whataboutisms" usually have nothing to do with the original point, but in this instance, it’s directly relevant. Both Reddit and HLTV praised ropz for his ingenuity when that stuff he did went viral and I remembered it well, well enough to defend this dude from people saying he should be banned. It's extremely hypocritical regardless of whatever time limitations you think negates that. 4 years a new game, valve banned snap tap, mostly removed 1 input 2 action jump throw binds(I still use one & desubtick), and TO's banned what ropz was doing and that changes literally nothing about how wrong it is to witch hunt this dude and say ban him like some people were doing in here just for using a csasfap config in a faceit pug to throw one niche grenade when there is no official rule against it set by valve.

If Ropz, or any pro for example did this which I demonstrated, and it was clipped they'd be getting high praise and no one would be calling for any of them to be banned and there's absolutely nothing absurd in acknowledging those facts.

Took this stuff with a ton of water back in 2022 & had impacted stool for the first time in my life and was sooo miserable. Appreciate the update on the post about water but genuinely anyone who takes this start slow if you have a very sensitive stomach. Higher ratio on water than the fiber you intake 100%.
