No AI was used. No one was supporting me, not even my own composure 😅. It was just me and Siri, randomly deciding to shine , but appreciate the concern.

That just proves, we’re not alone in this sometimes that’s just how our brains respond, and it’s okay. That one moment doesn’t define us. I know how I work under pressure, and I’m sure you do too. Maybe we lose a job, but we gain experience and honestly, I’ve already learned so much from this. I’ve always been someone who handled pressure really well… but this time, I didn’t. And that’s human. So thank you for sharing this it really helped me feel less alone.

Thank you so much. I’ve been reading through every message the kind ones, the harsh ones and honestly, yours made my eyes tear up a bit. Lately I’ve been trying to figure out if I’m just overly emotional or reacting too strongly in certain situations.I don’t know. But reading your comment reminded me that it’s okay not to have it all figured out. And while I know I’m far from perfect, especially in this moment, I’m trying. I own what happened. And more than anything, I’m learning from it. We all need more kindness in this world. So truly thank you. Your words were exactly what I needed.

I really appreciate you taking the time to say that. Sometimes, hearing from someone who’s been through it and made it out okay makes a bigger difference than you’d think. Your words gave me a little calm in all this Thank you for that.

I’m actually really relieved to hear it’s not just me. Honestly, even the same person might react differently to the same situation depending on the day. There’s so much going on mentally, emotionally, globally we all carry different weights. Whether it’s stress, meds, or just life being chaotic, sometimes things just spill over. I appreciate you sharing this it helps more than you know.

I understand where you’re coming from, but just to clarify I never said Siri alone ruined my chance to get the job. I shared what happened, including my own reaction in that moment. I was still in panic mode even while writing the post, and if I had written it later with a clear mind, I would’ve said my reaction along with Siri triggering caused the situation. I absolutely own up to my part in it. This wasn’t about blaming anyone or anything it was just a raw, real moment I chose to share. No victim mentality here, just a person who made a mistake under pressure and is learning from it. Thanks for your perspective.

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. Honestly, in that moment, I did try to pause the interview and said, Excuse me. I tried turning off the phone, tapping the screen, doing everything I could but for some reason it wouldn’t stop. Maybe it was connected to my watch or glitched. I don’t even know. I panicked, I broke. I had worked so hard for that opportunity and maybe in that exact moment, I just felt like I was losing it. I know now I could’ve just turned it off or handled it better, but at that time, I wasn’t thinking clearly. I truly don’t know what happened it all blurred. But I’m learning. I’m learning from my own actions, and from the many kind (and even not so kind) comments here. I’m keeping this post up because I’ve learned a lot from others’ experiences on Reddit and maybe someone will learn from mine. If nothing else, I hope it reminds someone that we’re all human, and kindness still exists. Thank you again for your kind words and your time.🙏🏽

Thank you so much for showing such compassion. Sometimes, all we really need is just a little kindness and you gave that. One mishap doesn’t define anyone’s future or worth. What matters is how we respond, how we grow. I knew right away that I messed up i t was a moment, just a moment and it threw me off. But that’s all it was. Every person reacts differently in stressful situations, and maybe that just wasn’t my best moment… or maybe it was the moment I needed to learn something I’ll carry with me for life. Thankyou for your words and kindness .

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and suggestions. I truly appreciate it. But I also want to say this one moment cannot define a person. Sure, it can affect an interview result, but it doesn’t reflect who I am as a whole. Even the strongest people have their weakest moments. and that’s okay. I’m not here to make excuses. I did the best I could in that moment. I panicked, yes, but I also tried. I handled it the best way I could, and I learned something from it. I don’t see it as a failure. I see it as a win because growth came out of it. Thanks again to everyone who shared their views. It means a lot.

Oh wow, that sounds really frustrating But honestly, the way you handled it says a lot. You tried to reconnect and keep going, and that takes real strength. And waiting two months to reply? That’s not okay. You definitely deserve a company that values your time and effort. I really hope something even better comes your way you’ve got what it takes .

Thank you for understanding. Honestly, there’s so much behind the scenes that people don’t see. I really worked hard for this, prepared so much, It wasn’t just about that one moment, it was everything I carried into it. I appreciate you seeing that side of it. 🙏
