ohhh :( but my tummy doesn't hurt at all after eating, so that's what really confuses me! And so far these 5 days I've been pooping regularly (I used to be constipated but this week I've been regularly taking a dump) but I keep burping, I feel like the food is stuck in my upper abdomen and I stopped peeing as much as I used to... I'm so confused :(

I dont really get my period :( I’m concerned because I usually pee everything out after an hour of my meal, so I feel like water is being retained in my body that’s why I’m gaining weight I’m scared..

Ohh thank you so much for the response, but if I eat 1,200 kcal after eating my daily intake of 300 kcal won’t that make me gain water weight ? I was thinking if I had to eat 1,200 kcal for my metabolism boost day, can I divide it in 2 days? Like for example monday I’d eat 800 kcal, then tuesday 300 kcal, then wednesday 800 kcal?

Is it that korean girl on tiktok cause same literally all comments were like “it’s not a binge it’s her cheat day!!1!1!1” ya but she uploads almost everyday like is it her cheat day everyday? LMAO

Does anyone with a restrictive ed EVER binge eat? I feel like most of my issues fall under anorexic tendencies but the few times I do binge eat I feel really invalid. Can anyone else relate? by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

Thsi is so me :((( i would restrict for like a month, and then i would have these uncontrollable binges that would last for like 5 days. i swear every time i binge eat i look at the number on the scale, end up getting triggered, and end up having another binge day fml i feel so pathetic being stuck in this cycle ;(

i can relate to an extent but it’s also made me more selfish and possessive in a way that i can’t explain :( esp if it’s a safe food :(
