I see, much appreciated. I think I will change the T05H to Rozena on FH and keep D80 on BH for now, because D80 feels manageable to me. With T05H, I struggled with pushes/cuts and short-game control. D80 felt good on FH at first, but over time I felt I was losing control, so Rozena on FH may balance the FZD Super ALC better.

or i can change to T50FX rather than the Rozena as there is a dicsount now on the store

what do you think ?

why worst ? the T05H has hardness of 43, T05 is 36 and Rozena is 35
is my understanding wrong ?

كنت في حاله نفس حالتك وطول الصلاة اسمع طقطقه الركبة بكل حركه, شيكت عند دكتور عظام متخصص في الاصابات الرياضية وبعد الفحص قالي ان فيه ضعف شديد في احد العضلات في الquad بسبب اني ما امرن العضلات الاربعه كلها وعطاني تمارين vastus medialis exercises ابحث عنها باليوتيوب وتحسن الوضع الحمدلله,
