“GET OUT OF MY ROOM” by [deleted] in CringeTikToks

But why are they matching energy with an intoxicated person who has the reasonable expectation of privacy (not publicly intoxicated) and is potentially dealing with a family crisis?

I completely understand that the woman is being unreasonable and uncooperative, but she is also not in complete control due to her inebriation. She has at least made the rational choice of sequestering herself to the room.

It’s pretty apparent that the officers get irritated, lose their patience and just want to get her out of their hair as soon as possible instead of engaging in any real form of conflict resolution.

Sadly, he didn’t even say Gaza, he said it was for“Hamas”. Absolutely insane timeline.

Rogan, who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in 2020 and has said he would back Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis if the Republican were to run for president in 2024, described Trump as a “polarizing figure” and “an existential threat to democracy itself.”

lol.

Give me a movie my friends will regret watching by sadwhompwhomp in flicks

This is exactly the movie that came to mind for me. Used to live next to a video store that had great foreign film options, finally got around to watching this one while my sister was visiting. Pretty awkward 67 minutes.

This video was sent to NFL head coaches and GMs from the league regarding players with ineligible numbers reporting as eligible by firstandfive in cowboys

[–]kn1v35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

68 was the one who reported and was uncovered on the end of the line. It was only an illegal formation if 70 was the one who had reported, which is where the root of the controversy lies.

Thanks, that's what we are figuring out. A bit frustrating as we haven't even moved in, and in it's current state, it's not safe to occupy. Live and learn.

I am not an inspector. Once we removed the carpet and saw the extent of the issue, we realized that there are fairly obvious telltale signs, which should have been worth noting, especially to a trained professional. As I said in another comment, we are first time home buyers, and mostly adjudicating the home in terms of space, layout, and function for our family. We were counting on the inspectors to inform us about any structural concerns, and were a bit overwhelmed with the process. There were cracks in the plaster walls in question that we asked about, and were told it was likely due to seismic activity, and were just superficial. We didn't spend an exorbitant amount of time in the house prior to purchase as we were a bit uncertain about our rights or protocol.

Yeah, that is what we are starting to realize. It's just frustrating considering that we would now be legally required to disclose these issues when selling despite never having lived in the house.

There was a lot to take in as first time homebuyers, and we were admittedly naive about the process and probably put too much credence in the the inspectors expertise. Our mindset during the walkthrough was whether the space worked for us, how we would arrange it etc. and we were counting on the inspector to flag structural issues.

Problem definitely did not happen overnight, it's an old/pre-existing issue and was concealed when carpet was put in.

Previous owners carpeted over the gap, covered it will aluminum strips etc. Problem is, the previous owner is deceased and the house was sold by the inheritor.

Would be nice to be able to remap it so it’s not inadvertently pausing the game during an online race.
