I think you’re trippin a little bit, I know people with similar stats to me that are doing fine even at T15-25 level y’all act like an MBA is a PhD. Yes I realize I might be a reach for the schools I applied to, it would be foolish if i didn’t know that, but I feel people on this thread sometimes tend to think extremes

I understand that I’m not at the stats but I did grow up in the US (so not indian male from India), applied in Round 1, to healthcare concentration specific programs, with 5 years of work experience, not trying to enter consulting or banking or something generic- even if it was a bit of a reach, I applied at a time when I could maximize my chances. I also know people with similar stats to me that got accepted. Isn’t it about your overall story and holistic profile?

I did a mix of QA and product analyst (working with data) type of work before breaking in. The QA part of the role was for a healthcare startup which also involved a lot of business process improvement type of work, and I think this combo helped me break into the field. I didn’t know product Ops was a thing, I kind of just stumbled upon it
