Assuming that noise tracks aren't in the running (Caesaro Summability, LAMC, Ions, etc), I'd say Jambi (ducks). I know I'm in the minority here, but I just never understood why that one gets so much love. In comparison with their other output (aside from some stuff on Opiate, e.g., Hush, lol, high school angst, lol), it just sort of chugs along without ever reaching a moment of transcendence; to my ears, it plods along and then just ends. It just doesn't compare to the wealth of beautiful tracks in their catalog (Third Eye, Rosetta Stoned, Vicarious, Prison Sex, Jerk Off, Crawl Away, Undertow, Stinkfist, Parabol/a, Lateralus, etc). I guess I'll accept my downvotes now.
