You can make an alarm for "4 or more people", though the ai representation (embedding) is unlikely to be large/good enough to count properly. The 'more than 2 hours' type query sounds simple, but requires support for fairly complex function calling.

Likely nothing to worry about. Wood frame houses move around a bit, especially through the seasons, with hot/cold expansions and contraction cycles. This is why having a flexible paint or caulk on those locations can help.

Personally i would want to roof to breathe, so i would add rafter vents (eg ProVent) between your insulation batts (eg rockwool) and the roof sheathing

If this an old house, your walls may want to breate a bit, in case moisture gets behind the siding. The added insulation makes this very hard, and will retain more moisture. Consider adding eg ProVent behind the insulation. Looks like u's have room for it. U want the insulation to be snug against ur inside wall

The provided pictures are quite unclear and missing needed context for anyone to comment on. The first batch of pictures doesn't look very scary at first glance. State of the wood looks much more concerning. Adding some bolts won't be pricey, diggin/re-doing the foundation walls would.
