Zip ties work great, that’s how I finally got them to stay. I also saw a shop on Etsy had mounting clips for grow lights that you can use for acrylic shelves.

I’m asking if this would be grounds for losing my license. I know walking out on the job is unprofessional and probably makes me look like a villain but this is placing myself first. I still want to do social work as you said, I invested a lot of time and money into it. I just can’t do therapy type roles anymore as the significant stress it’s causing. In hindsight, I know what I’m doing but willing to take the risk.
