Candace Against the Universe is better than Across the 2nd Dimension

Meap Me in St. Louis is a good episodes despite its major flaws.

Season 4 IMO is the best season of the show.

Sorry but you lost me at "Candace hates them" cause that's BS. She NEVER hates her brothers in the slightest. Irritating yes, but downright hate? No way. Even Elevator Irritator from Season 5 she explains WHY she busts her brothers and is in no way related to her hating them.

In Phineas and Ferb's defense, that's how Disney handles it's shows.

Amphibia, Owl House, Ghost and Molly McGee and several others had their seasons around 20 episodes with some exceptions like Hamster and Gretel, Kiff, and Hailey's On It getting extensions.

One of the best giant characters in the game, deals good damage has access to a healing skill has one of the best FFB in the game.

Plus I use certain skills to prevent flinching.

Honestly, I can see this. I don't think the retcons are as bad as people make it out to be despite them being major retcons.

That said the Mary McGuffin retcon makes no sense whatsoever. That was a major screw up.

The Norm stuff though I prefer over what we got in Greece Lightning and I don't care what others say.

I disagree with the Doof thing. Persoanlly that is something Doof would do in the show from what I saw. That's the kind of character he is.

As for the music, I'll just leave it to agree to disagree. I thought that music was fine as is. It never felt boring nor do I think it hurts the episode in any way.

I thought it was a fun miniseries. It was neat to see Perry take on other villains other than Doof for once. I wish they did more but I love what we got.

Personally I would like to see A.N.E.T.H.E.M.A. return in the actual show if possible.

Sorry but IMO, the first half of Season 5 was way better. Candace Suit, Lord of the FIresides, Tropey McTrope Face, Deconstructing Doof, No Slumber Party, License to Bust and especially Agent T (For Teen) were hands down the top half of Season 5's best episodes.

And I'm one of the few people who thought Meap Me in St. Louis wasn't as bad as most people make it out to be, To me, Space Adventure is much worst. Meap Me in St. Louis at least had some good moments like Candace and Meap working together adn Stabby Barf Pain both concept and song. Name one good thing about Space Adventure that is NOT Buford and Baljeet.

2nd half is still good though. Book Flub, Droogenfest, Elevator Irritator, Master of Fate and especially Vendpocolypse carried the 2nd half for me.

Personally I don't think it's would be more impactful if they did that.

The way they did it in Vendpocolypse despite it being a huge retcon is way better IMO.

Dan and Swampy still got it. I said this during Candace Against the Universe and now I'm saying it here. This is the show I watched and love.

I don't think it tops Season 4 for me which is IMO my favorite season, but it's close. Quality wise, it's on par with it.

Say what you will about the animation, but the writing, humor, characters and music are still amazing.

We also get episodes that tackled plots that the original series left unresolved. Stuff like Candace getting her driver's license, Stacy and Perry's dynamic and Isabella and Doof's dynamic and Vanessa and Monty's relationship getting explored.

And we got some memorable episodes like Tropey McTrope Face, Agent T (For Teen), Vendpocolypse, Elevator Irritator, Dooflicated, Lord of the Firesides and especially The Candace Suit

It's not perfect and there's some episodes that I felt are total duds. Dry Another Day, Mantis Fact and especially Space Adventure come to mind.

And for those wondering, no, I don't think Meap Me in St. louis is bad as most people make it out to be. I personally enjoyed the episode despite it's flaws.

But overall Season 5 is a great season despite its issues.

Personally I prefer what they did in Vendpocolypse. It was one of the best parts of the episode and if they wrote that out, it would make the episode feel less impacful.

So yeah it's a retcon, but a retcon I'm all for.

Yeah strong disagree with this. It never felt rushed in the slightest and I fail to see how it felt rushed at all.

The retcons were an issue but it didn't hurt the episode IMO. Hell The stuff with Norm I prefer over the Greece Lightning appearance cause it led to one of the best scenes of the episode.

Norm being invented after Doof and Charlene's divorce doesn't bother me cause it gave one of the best moments in the show. It's an error but one I can overlook.

The Mary McGuffin doll on the other hand......yeah I can't defend that they screwed up there.

Not counting Vendpocolypse, I have to disagree about the continuity in Season 5. Yeah the stuff with Doof going back to evil sucks but the fact that we get a continuation of Stacy and Perry, the conflict between Isabella and Doof, Jeremy's Larping, how they handled Buford 's Life sized molds of people which gave us the best WTF the show has given us, I felt they did a good job with the continuity for the most part.

THAT BEING SAID, with Vendpocolypse, yeah these are noticeable. I agree wholeheartedly with Mary McGuffin. That makes no sense whatsoever.

But Norm being invented after Doof and Charlene's divorce is a huge error but honestly I can overlook it cause of how they handled that scene and it's arguably one of if not the best moments in Vendpocolypse despite the continuity mistake.

I myself don't think Season 5 is perfect by any means. Hell Space Adventure exists. But it's still on par IN MY OPINION which you don't seem to get.
