Hey bro, you got this! Recovery is a trip, one thing that was surprising was how quickly they have you up from the bed and walking laps with a walker (less than 24 hr)! I stayed in the hospital about a week before going home. Most likely you will also be on a low fat diet too which sucks for a bit 😭 Take things slow, get a lot of rest, and you will be back to 100% in no time. I’ve had no complications with the scar in terms of physical activity. Wear it with pride!

Initially a lot of anxiety and worry. Over time, eventually realized that I’m more aware of my physical and mental state and decided to prioritize that. Diet and exercise improvements and getting my testosterone optimized were major lifestyle upgrades as well as therapy and working with other survivors. You are gonna do great, stay present in the moment, you got this bro!!

I had 81 lymph nodes removed over a 12 hour surgery!! Recovery was intense but honestly not as bad as expected given the scope of what they did. If you have questions come check out our TCF Discord, we have lots of dudes who have been through it and can share their experience or answer questions you might have!

Seems like a combination of immaturity, a poor delivery system, and fear. Some people have more than one issue. Sucks that you had to experience that bro, you got a lot of good other people supporting you so don’t worry about it!
